We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on all orders, using the fastest, safest, and most reliable shipping methods available.
- Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska at this time. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to expand our reach soon.

Orders are typically shipped via FedEx, with larger or high-volume orders shipped via LTL freight.
- Warehouses
We operate multiple warehouses across the eastern and western United States, enabling us to ship from the warehouse closest to your address for faster delivery.
- Processing & Shipping Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-2 business days. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at sunpeakoutdoor@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped from the closest warehouse, ensuring arrival within approximately 3-6 business days.
- Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We strive to meet our shipping timeframes; however, delays may occur during peak seasons or due to uncontrollable factors, such as weather or supply chain disruptions. We’ll communicate any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

- Shipment Notifications
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can track your package with the carrier online or over the phone. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 5 days, please contact us at sunpeakoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number.
- Handling of Fragile or Large Items
All large or fragile items are carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For larger orders, multiple packages may be used to guarantee safe delivery.

- Missing Items

- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 2 hours. Once a package has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned per our return policy.

- Lost or Stolen Packages

To protect your shipment, we offer a Transportation Assurance Service through a third-party provider. This optional service covers lost, delayed, or damaged goods during transit. If you purchase this service, you can submit claims directly to the insurance provider. The service cost is added at checkout.
