Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska at this time. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to expand our reach soon.

Orders are typically shipped via FedEx, with larger or high-volume orders shipped via LTL freight.

We operate multiple warehouses across the eastern and western United States, enabling us to ship from the warehouse closest to your address for faster delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-2 business days. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at sunpeakoutdoor@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped from the closest warehouse, ensuring arrival within approximately 3-6 business days.

We strive to meet our shipping timeframes; however, delays may occur during peak seasons or due to uncontrollable factors, such as weather or supply chain disruptions. We’ll communicate any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

All large or fragile items are carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For larger orders, multiple packages may be used to guarantee safe delivery.
