    At SunPeak, we prioritize your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. We offer a one-year warranty on all items to ensure your confidence in our offerings.
  2. 30-Day Return Policy
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return and Refund Conditions
    To qualify for a return:
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Clearance items, limited edition items, and holiday items are not eligible for return.
  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return:
  1. Contact Us: Email sunpeakoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
  2. Approval: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Shipping: Upon approval, we will provide a return label or return address. Please use FedEx as the preferred shipper.
  4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 1-2 business days.
  5. Refund: Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the item back. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the bank to make the funds available in your account.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Covered by SunPeak: If the return is due to product quality issues, such as defects or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Covered by Customer: If the return is due to reasons other than product quality (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Partial Refunds for Damaged Items
    In cases where an item arrives damaged, we may offer a partial refund if the customer chooses to keep the item. This is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will require photographic evidence of the damage to determine eligibility for a partial refund.
  2. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
  3. Quality Assurance
    All items undergo a rigorous quality control process before shipping to ensure they meet our standards. In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please contact us immediately.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
